The typical workflow of using Selenium for automation testing involves:

  1. Writing test scripts using a programming language (e.g., Java, Python) and Selenium WebDriver.
  2. Configuring the test environment and setting up the test data.
  3. Running the test scripts to execute the test cases.
  4. Analyzing test results and generating reports.

Selenium has gained widespread adoption due to its versatility, active community support, and its ability to run tests on various browsers and operating systems.
