AWS Instructure
AWS is Amazon’s cloud computing platform that provides a broad set of services such as computing power, storage options, networking, and databases. These services are delivered as a utility: on-demand and available in seconds, with pay-as-you-go pricing.
The architecture of AWS is made up of regions across the world. Each region has multiple availability zones (AZs). A region is a geographical area, like US East (N. Virginia), and an AZ is one or more discrete data centers, each with redundant power, networking, and cooling, and housed in separate facilities within a region. Services can be set up in multiple regions and AZs to provide fault tolerance and lower latency.
AWS also provides edge locations for content delivery as close as possible to end users to minimize latency. These locations are separate from, and can be more numerous than, regions and AZs.
If you were referring to a different “AWS infrastructure,” could you please provide more details?
