Thonny is a Python Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that is designed specifically for beginners.

Here are the steps to download Thonny:

1. Go to the official Thonny website: https://thonny.org/

2. Click on the “Download” button located at the top of the page.

3. You’ll be redirected to a new page where different versions of Thonny are listed according to the operating system: Windows, macOS, and Linux.

4. Click on the version that matches your operating system. For Windows, you may also need to select between the 32-bit and 64-bit versions, depending on your system.

5. Once the download is complete, run the installer and follow the installation wizard to complete the installation of Thonny on your system.
