What is a Workday HCM Business Analyst?

A Workday HCM Business Analyst is a critical player in optimizing an organization’s use of Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. These professionals act as the bridge between the business’s human resources needs and the technical capabilities of the Workday system.
