This platform assists in creating a unified customer profile and is applicable across various Salesforce clouds, such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds, as well as in Tableau.
Slack Innovations:
- New Developer’s Platform: The Slack Digital HQ in Open Beta was announced, offering customizable and reusable building blocks for automating workflows within Slack.
- Slack Canvas: This new feature allows users to organize, assist, and share crucial resources and details directly in Slack, enhancing collaboration.
- Huddles Coworking: An enhanced version of Slack Huddles was unveiled, facilitating audio calls from channels and direct messages to improve team and client communication.
Net Zero Marketplace for Carbon Credits: This initiative is part of Salesforce’s Net Zero Cloud, designed to help organizations track and reduce carbon emissions and purchase carbon credits.
External Encryption System: Aimed at expanding Salesforce Hyperforce architecture into new regions, this system offers improved data residency, scalability, and security.
Trailhead Ranger Stars: Salesforce updated the Trailhead Ranger ranks to Ranger Stars, expanding the badge count from 100 to 600, to acknowledge the trailblazer community’s knowledge and dedication.
Business and Sustainability Updates: Salesforce provided updates on its fiscal success and sustainability goals, including real-time predictions with Salesforce Einstein and support for nonprofit organizations with free licenses.
