you can download PyScripter, an open-source Python Integrated Development Environment (IDE), from its official source on GitHub. Please use the following steps to download it:

1. Go to the PyScripter GitHub page: https://github.com/pyscripter/pyscripter

2. Click on the “Releases” tab.

3. In the “Releases” section, you can see the list of all the available versions of PyScripter. Each version has its own set of files for download. Select the version you want to download.

4. Download the appropriate file according to your operating system and system type (32 bit or 64 bit).

Please note that the above process may have changed after my training cut-off in September 2021, so please check the most current sources.

Also, remember to have Python already installed on your machine. You can download Python from its official site, https://www.python.org/.
