Pydroid 3 is an educational Python 3 IDE for Android, which is designed to help you learn Python 3 programming on your mobile device. As of my last update in September 2021, Pydroid 3 provides a complete Python 3.8 environment where you can write and run Python scripts, while also offering a variety of useful features such as code prediction, pip package manager, a repository of Python libraries, and a lot more.

You can use Pydroid 3 to learn Python, do scripting, perform data analysis, or even develop simple games. However, please note that as a mobile application, Pydroid 3 does have some limitations compared to a full-fledged Python environment on a PC, such as resource limitations on the Android platform and restrictions on certain system operations.
