Visit the official Oracle website: Go to the Java SE Downloads page on the Oracle website at https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase-jdk11-downloads.html.

Accept the License Agreement: Scroll down to the section “Java SE Development Kit xx” (where xx is the version number), and click on the checkbox next to “Accept License Agreement.”

Choose the Download: Under the section for your operating system, click on the download link that corresponds to the Windows x64 version (if you have a 64-bit Windows installation) or the Windows x86 version (if you have a 32-bit Windows installation).

Sign in (Optional): If prompted, sign in with your Oracle account or create a new account. Alternatively, you can skip the sign-in process and proceed with the download.
