  6. Segmentation and Personalization: Segment your email list and personalize your emails based on recipient preferences. This can lead to higher engagement and reduce the likelihood of being marked as spam.
  7. Opt-In and Opt-Out Mechanisms: Provide precise opt-in and opt-out mechanisms for recipients. This builds trust and prevents your emails from being reported as spam.
  8. Testing: Before sending bulk emails, conduct thorough testing. Check how your emails are rendered across different email clients and devices. Also, test your emails with spam filters to identify potential issues.
  9. Monitoring and Feedback Loop: Keep an eye on email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and spam complaints. Utilize feedback loops provided by ISPs to gather information about recipient complaints and take necessary actions.
  10. IP Warm-up: If you’re using a new IP address for sending emails, perform an IP warm-up process. Gradually increase your email volume to establish a positive sending reputation.
