    1. Analyzes business needs and HR processes to identify how they can be optimized within the Workday system.
    2. Works with functional consultants to suggest configuration or process improvements.
    3. May be involved in data reporting, testing, and system maintenance.
  4. Workday Report Writer:
    1. Specializes in creating custom reports using Workday’s reporting tools.
    2. Designs and builds reports that deliver valuable HR insights to the business.
    3. Understands data structures within Workday and can extract relevant information.
  5. Workday Integration Consultant:
    1. Ensures Workday smoothly interacts with other enterprise systems (benefits providers, payroll systems, etc.)
    2. Maps data flows between systems and develops integrations.
    3. Tests integration points and provides troubleshooting support.
  6. Workday Support Specialist:
    1. Provides end-user support and resolves functional issues users might face within the system.
    2. Documents common issues and creates knowledge-based articles.
    3. Works with development teams to escalate bugs or enhancement requests.
